Goku ( 'Son Gokū'), born Kakarot (カカロット'Kakarotto', lit. "Cacarrot"), is the main protagonist of the Dragon Ball metaseries. Goku is a Saiyan originally sent to Earth as an infant to delete all life forms on it so saiyans could sell it. However, an accident when he hit his head, alters his memory, allowing him to grow up to become Earth's greatest defender and the informal leader of the Dragon Team. He constantly strives and trains to be the greatest warrior possible, which has kept the Earth and the universe safe from destruction many times.
Goku has made many appearances on TV shows and in many video games. Such as: Xenoverse, Xenoverse 2, Budokai, Budokai 2, Dragon Ball Kakarot, Jump Force, and Dragon Ball heroes and many more. Goku has made appearances on these TV shows: Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball Z, Dragon Ball GT, Dragon Ball Super, and Dragon Ball Heroes.
